Intro To Contrology: 6 week Group sessions designed to introduce students to the Pilates Method and build their individual program.

Studio Sessions

Classical Pilates refers to the original method of Pilates as developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It follows the principles and exercises as taught by Pilates himself and aims to preserve the integrity and intent of the original system.

The method aims to achieve balanced development of the body, improving flexibility, strength, and posture through personalised instruction.

Sessions typically include both mat work and equipment-based exercises, particularly on the Reformer—a piece of equipment that uses springs for resistance. Other equipment may include the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel.

Can be done in private 1:1 sessions or duets
